Every Veline piece is designed for everyday wear and is covered by a 1-year warranty. If something isn’t right, contact us with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right. We’ll guide you through the fastest solution, whether that’s a replacement, a repair, or a return where applicable.
How can I get in touch?
You can contact our support team at contact@veline.uk and include your order number if you have one. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. How do I apply a discount code or gift voucher?
You can add your discount code or gift card at checkout. On mobile, tap “Show order summary” to reveal the code box.
If a code isn’t working, check spelling and expiry, and make sure it’s not combined with another promotion.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and basket size.
Any free-shipping thresholds will automatically apply when your order qualifies.
When can I expect my order?
Most UK and EU orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
If it’s already shipped, we can help you arrange a return once it arrives.
I haven’t received an order confirmation.
First, check your spam/junk folder and search your inbox for “Veline”.
If you still can’t find it, email us with the name and email used at checkout, and we’ll confirm your order status.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link.
Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch depending on the carrier.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Check the tracking link first for the latest updates. If it looks delayed, allow an extra 24–48 hours during peak periods.
If it hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Exchanges & returns
What is your return policy?
If your item isn’t right for you, you can request a return within the return window shown on our returns page.
Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging where possible.
What is the return period?

What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs depend on your location and the reason for return.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll take care of it. For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage.
Can I exchange my items?
Exchanges are available for most items, subject to stock availability. However, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged once worn or opened. If you would like to exchange another item, please contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the best available option.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Bank processing times vary, but most refunds appear within 8–10 working days.
Received a damaged item?
We’re sorry about that. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange the fastest solution, including a replacement where applicable.
