Where we ship from

Veline is based in the United Kingdom and all orders are dispatched from the UK.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
European Union: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
